About gRnr

We understand and respect the consumer’s preference to use a loan to pay off their debts expediently. Instead of paying into a Consumer Proposal for the full five (5) years (or other programs) and living with the restrictions, i.e. no credit cards, no access to credit.

gRnr offers loans to Canadians with debts. Our loans enable people to break the debt cycle. Our loans may be paired with a debt-resolution-service.

This is possible through gRnr’s alternative underwriting, i.e. how we determine loan approval.

Underwriting Details

Select applicants with acquired assets (i.e. home) may be approved immediately for a loan. Owning and maintaining a home may be adequate proof of recent financial performance. As well, the loan-to-value (LTV) can reach up to 95%. Yes, you only need very limited home equity to qualify.

Other applicants undergo further underwriting evaluation: they must provide specific financial disclosure and/or proof of successful payment towards credit and bills, or towards their Consumer Proposal (or Division 1), Credit Counselling or Debt Settlement program.

gRnr will determine the most suitable criteria for each applicant’s underwriting. Inquire with gRnr for further details.

Why gRnr?

Unlike those no-credit-check loans that litter the internet, gRnr offers loan products paired with a debt-resolution-service (i.e. Consumer Proposal, Debt Settlement), intended to reduce debts that can be paid off with an affordable loan amount. This enables our borrowers to financially recover faster - ending the debt cycle.
It is our objective for each applicant to achieve full debt recovery at the end of the process. Get started now.

gRnr's Mission

We are a lending company that aims to resolve Canada’s consumer debt crisis and not exploit our stressed-out and fed-up target demographic of indebted consumers. Many have faced difficult circumstances in recent years which led them into debt, such as the death of a loved one, divorce, etc. Along with it, there is a terribly high cost of living these days, especially if supporting multiple dependents, i.e. children, or elderly parents. It’s a grind to keep up with day and day expenses. This alone leads so many Canadians to rely on high-interest credit and inevitably fall deeper into the debt cycle.

Overwhelming debt can make anyone feel like they are at fault or somehow failed, for doing what they had to, to financially survive, or simply because they just wanted a little more in their life and no doubt encounters with debt collectors (or CRA tax agents) can contribute to negative feelings.

Given the adversity that our applicants have faced, gRnr aims to take notice of each applicant’s financial accountability and give them the opportunity to replenish their accountability when necessary. We accomplish this through gRnr’s alternative underwriting; as well, some applicants may use a debt-resolution-service to reduce debts. Then, gRnr further empowers each applicant to overcome the debt cycle with a manageable and affordable loan.
